This policy explains how retail orders move from checkout to your door or pickup point, and what to expect along the way.
Delivery Areas
Fatimatnaturals currently delivers within Spintex and greater Accra, with other Ghana locations available on request. Pickup from Okpoi Gonno, Spintex is also available at checkout. Delivery zones and fees are set and updated by administration.
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees depend on the selected zone and are shown at checkout before payment. Pickup is free. Wholesale and bulk orders may carry separate delivery arrangements confirmed directly with the buyer.
Processing Time
Orders move through Received, Payment Confirmed, Processing, Ready/Dispatched and Delivered stages. Most retail orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation.
Pickup Orders
Customers who select pickup should wait for a Ready for Pickup notification before travelling to Okpoi Gonno, Spintex.
Missed Delivery
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery time. A repeated failed delivery may require an additional delivery fee.
Incorrect Delivery Address
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct a delivery address after placing an order, as orders already dispatched cannot always be redirected.
